Draft for Owner Review — Not Yet Effective

Privacy Policy

Draft date: 26 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dealuxe Fruits (“Dealuxe Fruits”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) proposes to collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when representatives of importers, distributors, retailers, food-service businesses, manufacturers, and other business customers use this website or send a request for quotation (“RFQ”). This draft requires owner approval before it becomes effective.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Dealuxe Fruits is the proposed data controller for personal data collected through this website and its B2B inquiry channels.

1108/36-40 Sukhumvit Plus 1, Sukhumvit Road, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110
Email: dealuxe.ent@gmail.com
Telephone: 098-872-6866

2. Personal data we may collect

The website’s RFQ form prepares an email draft locally in your browser. It does not upload the form contents to Dealuxe Fruits or store them in a website database. If you choose to send the prepared email through your email application, we may then receive:

  • Business identity and contact data: name, job title, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, and business address.
  • Inquiry and transaction data: products of interest, specifications, required quantity, destination, preferred Incoterm, private-label requirements, messages, quotation history, and related commercial correspondence.
  • Compliance data: information reasonably required for customer, sanctions, export-control, fraud-prevention, or other legal and regulatory checks.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request time, security events, and information necessary to operate and protect the website.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential product formulas through the RFQ form.

3. How we collect personal data

We may collect personal data directly from you when you send the email prepared by the RFQ form, or through email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings, trade events, and subsequent business correspondence. Until you press Send in your own email application, the website does not transmit the form contents to us. We may also receive business contact data from your employer, an authorised colleague, an agent, a referral partner, or publicly available business sources where lawful.

4. Why we use personal data

We may use personal data to:

  • receive, assess, and respond to inquiries and RFQs;
  • prepare quotations and discuss specifications, packaging, private label, logistics, and documentation;
  • take steps requested by you before entering into a contract and administer any resulting business relationship;
  • verify business identity, manage risk, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable trade, customs, sanctions, tax, accounting, and food-safety obligations;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry process; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where applicable, our legal bases may include taking pre-contractual steps, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Service providers and other recipients

We may disclose relevant personal data only as reasonably necessary to:

  • website hosting and security providers, including Vercel, which may process technical request data but does not receive the locally prepared RFQ email contents through the form;
  • your email provider and our email provider when you choose to send an inquiry;
  • authorised employees, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and business service providers;
  • approved suppliers, processors, logistics providers, inspection bodies, certification bodies, banks, and customs or trade agents involved in a requested transaction; and
  • courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, or other authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not authorise service providers to use inquiry data for their own unrelated marketing.

6. International transfers

Because our business and service providers may operate internationally, personal data may be processed outside your country, including in Thailand and locations where our hosting, email, logistics, or professional-service providers operate. Where required, we will use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

7. Retention

We propose retaining RFQ and inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active transaction, legal claim, fraud prevention, or compliance with tax, accounting, customs, export, or other legal obligations. Records connected with a completed transaction may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. The RFQ form does not submit its contents to a website server; the information is transferred only if you send the prepared email using your email application. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and you should avoid submitting information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

9. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. Essential technical storage may be used where necessary for security and website operation. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal data is processed. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Business contacts and third-party data

If you provide personal data about another person, you should be authorised to do so and should make this policy available to that person where appropriate. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal obligations. The effective version should display its effective date on this page.
